Please note that the working days of Sweet Solutions Stevia Ltd are Monday to Friday and do not include bank holidays.
We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions every time you use this website. Each time you use the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by our latest terms and conditions.

AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

ORDERING
All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Any goods purchased from this website is for your use only and you warrant that any goods purchased are not for resale.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Any order you place with us is subject to availability and acceptance by us.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the future. We also reserve the right to alter the Goods available for sale on the Website and to discontinue any product line.
The total price for Goods ordered, including delivery charges, will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made before Goods are despatched.
All payments for our products are made via PayPal. We therefore have no access to your credit/ debit card details or any order details that you may receive once you have processed an order.

DELIVERY
Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering.
All orders are delivered by royal mail. If the Goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
No refunds for delivery charge are made for late delivery.
Incomplete orders must be notified to us within 3 days of delivery. We will either arrange for the missing items to be delivered to you at no extra cost or refund you the original cost of the missing items. All risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
If you fail to accept delivery of the items at the time they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver the items at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, documentation, licences, consents or authorisations, then the items shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such items shall pass to you. Any storage, insurance and other costs which we incur as a result of the inability to deliver the items shall be your responsibility and you shall indemnify us in full for such costs.
You must ensure that at the time of delivery of the items adequate arrangements, including access where necessary, are in place for the safe delivery of the Goods. We cannot be held liable for any damage, cost or expense incurred to the Goods or premises where this arises as a result of a failure to provide adequate access or arrangements for delivery.
Where delivery is outside the UK, you may be liable to pay additional tax or duty once the Goods reach your country. This may vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that Goods may be subject to inspection by your local customs office where delivery is outside the UK.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You must notify us immediately if you wish to cancel your order preferably by email to: contact_us@sweetsolutions.org.uk and quote your order number.
You will have 14 calendar days upon receipt by you of the goods to cancel your order.
The 14 day cancellation period will take effect from the day you ordered and paid for your goods.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, we will refund you the full amount within 14 days, this includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) You must return the items to the address shown above at your cost, all items must be returned to us unopened and undamaged.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the Goods to us, we may recover the Goods and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the Goods at our expense, we may recover that expense from you.
A full statement of your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations may be obtained in the UK from your local Trading Standards Office.

FAULTY ITEMS
We select and package the items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if the Goods arrive damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Goods to us within 30 days of receipt. The cost of collecting or returning the Goods to us must be paid by you unless we agree that the Goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt by you.

WEBSITE CHANGES AND UPDATES
In order to keep our website as accurate and as up to date as reasonably possible, it may be necessary, from time to time, to restrict access to the site in order to undertake necessary maintenance work. We will make every effort to keep any website maintenance to a minimum.
We do not accept liability for any delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, viruses or other contamination or destructive properties transmitted to you or your computer system via our Website. We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing Services or delivering Goods where such failure arises as a result of any act or omission which is outside our reasonable control such as an act of God or those of third parties.
